What A Contribution Is
SeedWithin is free to use.
A contribution is a voluntary gift that helps support the work of SeedWithin. It is not a purchase.
Contributing does not unlock features, remove limits, grant special access, or change your experience in any way. What is available in SeedWithin is available to everyone, whether or not they ever contribute.
People give because they want to help. That is the only reason to give.
One-Time And Monthly Contributions
You can give once, or you can give monthly.
A one-time contribution is a single gift. Nothing further is charged.
A monthly contribution continues each month until you cancel it. You can cancel at any time, and cancelling is always easy to do.
Payments are handled by Stripe through secure browser checkout. SeedWithin does not store your card details.
Refunds
If you would like a refund, please email us at hello@seedwithinapp.com and we will take care of it.
We honor reasonable refund requests on a case-by-case basis within a reasonable time after a contribution. If a gift was made by mistake, made twice, or made in an amount you did not intend, please just tell us. You do not need to explain yourself or justify the request.
Charges that are clearly wrong, duplicated, or not authorized by you are refunded regardless.
We would much rather return a gift than have someone carry worry over it.
Cancelling A Monthly Contribution
You can cancel a monthly contribution at any time. Stripe's secure customer portal, linked in your payment receipt, lets you cancel it yourself, and the cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, so you are never charged again after that.
If you cannot find the link, just email hello@seedwithinapp.com and we will cancel it for you.
You never need to give a reason, and no one will ask you for one.
